Landmark Cinemas uses Creatio for our Sales team as a CRM. Creatio has proven to be very customizable for our unique workflows and business cases. By automating business processes, we have eliminated a large portion of our administrative tasks and can better focus on building and nurturing client relationships. The low-code structure allows for quick and easy changes without programming knowledge or experience.

Changing CRMs can be a very daunting proposition. Creatio's Support and Customer Success teams have been nothing short of fantastic as we recently navigated this change. The regular check-ins helped ensure we had the tools we needed to be successful. I do not have any programming background or experience. Creatio's low-code design has allowed me to implement the majority of changes very easily without additional third-party consultants. Some of the resource documents have not been updated to current versions of the software and/or would benefit from 'How to' videos for the novice user/administrator.

Once the customer makes a purchase on our website or via the mobile application, the system automatically creates order and assigns it to the responsible agent. Creatio helps our sales team efficiently process orders and transfer them for delivery.

All of our company is using Creatio to manage our sales pipeline from Lead to Order. Our old system wasn't capable of providing us with the features like enhance Leads, create estimations for customers, or print out orders like Creatio is offering. With the help of the tool, we made a lot of spreadsheets obsolete and [it] improved our overall process mindset. We also keep track of all of our client communication and interactions, so everyone is always up to date and on the same page.

Our entire investment organization uses Creatio for our CRM. We replaced Salesforce with Creatio earlier this year. We use it to keep track of all of our new leads, pipelines, team activity and outreach.

Originally with Salesforce, it was really difficult to cater the solution to our specific needs. There were hundreds of output fields that we never used, but that would be included in our reports because we couldn't get rid of them. Now with Creatio, we can custom create and design an interface that includes what we need. It's easy to manage, I can change the interface from my team's if I want to and there's a great mobile app as well.

Creatio is especially useful when managing relationships with hundreds or thousands of different individuals/businesses. If you only have to keep up with 40-50 people/businesses then Creatio is probably not the solution for you. Where there is complexity in your sales or service process, Creatio has proven to excel.

Prior to Creatio, pretty much everything we did was manual and we struggled to provide our services at a rapid pace. We are now equipped with intelligent solutions to handle all customer-facing processes: sales, marketing, customer service operations, medical underwriting, and claims management. Creatio holds keystone data of our members. The ability to build workflows made Creatio an absolute fit for our business. We customized the lead management process, and automated sales funnel. We deliver significantly better customer service as our agents have instant access to customer profiles and see all their activities. The agents can track the status of customer cases and provide accurate information on the resolution.

  • When customers go on-prem, there are some extra costs for microservices. The integration with social media requires third-party apps.

We are using Creatio to manage sales opportunities from lead generation through the sales pipeline enterprise-wide. It has eliminated the need for multiple tracking spreadsheets and provides visibility throughout the process as well as historical reporting.

bpm'online is currently being used for our marketing and sales pipeline management as well as client/vendor communication, information, and activity record tracking. Every department in the company utilizes the system, with the vast majority of users using it for information reference (i.e. address, contact, client-specific elections, and details). It helps us consolidate client-based information into a cloud format so that communications and notes can be viewed from any location and without a specific individual needing to be present to find relevant information.

  • Feed system embedded in any type of record to isolate conversations to a specific topic.
  • Workflow creation to automate activity assignments and internal email notifications.
  • Development user interface is not for the light-hearted.
  • Compiling of changes to the database can take a long time.
  • The mobile app can become inaccessible without compiling new changes
bpm'online is a great tool for activity tracking and account/contact specific notes. It is easy to adjust an account or contact page to include the information you want to reference, and you can create tabs within those pages to segregate information as needed. It is less friendly when it comes to actually using the system for email communications; we use Office365 to send and receive emails and use the SmartCloud connector to help integrate the two systems. The reason for this is that composing an email replaces any information you had visible on the browser tab, requiring you to open a new duplicate tab to refer to information.
